Service at Grimsby Crematorium at 12.20pm on Tuesday, December 23, 2003. Family flowers only by request, but if so desired, donations in lieu to `Mashfords Donations Account' Norfolk Lane, Cleethorpes, DN35 8BB and the final sum will be forwarded to Mr H J Pearson's Surgical Fund at the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby.
